保留腮腺主导管及深叶功能的浅叶切除术探讨

Discussion of superficial lobe parotidectomy with retaining parotid master duct and deep lobe

目的探讨保留腮腺主导管及深叶功能的浅叶切除术的术式。方法对28例临床诊断为腮腺良性肿瘤的病例,作保留腮腺主导管及深叶功能,切除腮腺浅叶及其肿瘤的手术。结果术后无一例肿瘤发生,残存腺体功能和形态得以恢复,术侧无明显凹陷性畸形,术后积液及涎瘘明显减少。结论腮腺主导管及深叶的保留与腮腺肿瘤的复发无内在联系。该术式适合于腮腺浅叶、颊部和下极的良性肿瘤、临界瘤。

Objective To study the feasibility of superfic ial lobe parotidectomy with retaini ng parotid master duct and deep lobe.Methods Selected 28patients of parotid beni gn tumor,and did superficial lobe parotidectomy with retaining parotid master duct and deep lobe.Results The recurrence rate was zero;the function and appearance of remaining body of gland recovered and no sunken malformatio n occurred.Conclusion The recurrence of parotid tumor had n o relation to the retaining parotid master duct and deep lobe.This parotidectomy is suited to the superficial lobe parotid?cheek?benign tumor and critical tumor.[
