摘要
目的探讨活性玻璃陶瓷(BGC)为主要成分配制成根管充填剂治疗慢性根尖周炎的疗效。方法将BGC糊剂超填根尖孔外,使其作为一种种植材料填入根尖周病变区内。结果本组患牙150枚经根管治疗,成功率95.3%。结论BGC具有良好的生物相容性和诱导骨生成的能力,可为新骨的沉积提供生理基质,促进病变区的愈合。
Objective To investigate the effects of the paste of the bioactive glass ceramics(BGC paste)on treating chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods 150teeth with chronic periapical periodontitis were treated by root can al therapy(RCT),and the root canals were over-fille d with BGC paste.Results the results showed that the success r ate in 95.3%.Conclusion BGC has good biocompitibility and osteocondutivity,and it can promote t he diseased tissues healing[
