腮腺沃辛瘤伴发其它类型腺瘤6例并文献复习

Clinical Study and Literature Review of Warthin Tumor of Parotid Gland Accompanied with Other Types of Adenoma:A Report of 6 Cases

目的:总结腮腺沃辛瘤伴发其它类型腺瘤的临床病理特点,提高对该类肿瘤的认识,避免误诊。方法:对6例腮腺沃辛瘤伴发其它类型腺瘤患者的临床表现、辅助检查及治疗进行分析。结果:6例均经手术治疗,1例术后1 a复发,其余5例随访2-5 a无复发。结论:腮腺沃辛瘤伴发其它类型腺瘤的病例很少见.临床无特异性.确诊主要依据病理组织学检查。手术术式选择腮腺浅叶切除术可降低复发率。

Objective:To study the clinicopathologic features of Warthin tumor of parotid gland accompanied with the other types of adenoma, and to heighten the awareness of these tumors and avoid misdiagnosis. Methods:The clinical manifestations, auxiliary examinations and therapeutic effects of patients with Warthin tumor of parotid gland accompanied with the other types of adenoma were analyzed. Results: All patients underwent surgerical operation, 1 case recur-rented after 1 year, the othes were followed up for 2-5 years and no recurrence was found. Conclusion:The case of warthin tumor of parotid gland accompanied with the other types of adenoma was very rare, the clinical appearance was not peculiar, the confirmed diagnosis was mainly derived from histopathological examiation. Superficial lobectomy could lower the recurrence.
