瞬态声诱发耳声发射在筛查新生儿听力中的应用

摘要 耳声发射是一种产生于耳蜗经听骨链及鼓膜传导释放入外耳道的音频能量,它是目前新生儿听力筛查的首选且有效方法[1,2].我们应用瞬态声诱发耳声发射(transient-evokd otoacoustic emissions,TEOAE)对新生儿听力进行筛查,并讨论其临床应用.
