复方丹参注射液对大鼠运动应激性溃疡的影响

Effect of Compound Sage Root Injection on Gastric Mucosal Stress Ulcer Induced by Overload of Swimming Training

目的探讨活血化瘀类中草药复方丹参注射液对大鼠力竭性运动所致运动应激性胃溃疡的影响及其机制。方法以力竭性游泳运动制作运动应激性胃溃疡模型。 45只Wistar大鼠随机分为三组 ,即正常对照组、模型组和丹参组。检测三组大鼠胃粘膜的溃疡指数 (UI)、胃粘膜血流量 (GMBF)和胃粘膜一氧化氮 (NO)的含量的变化。结果力竭性运动后的模型组大鼠UI值明显增大 ,同时GBMF下降 ,粘膜内NO含量增高 ;而力竭性运动前预先应用复方丹参注射液则减轻了力竭性运动所造成的胃粘膜损伤 ,GMBF和粘膜NO含量均相应增加 ;GMBF、UI、NO含量变化之间有相关关系。结论复方丹参注射液抗力竭性运动应激性胃溃疡的形成 。

Objective To explore the influence of compound sage rootinjection on gastric mucosal stress ulcer induced by overload of swimming training and its mechanism.Methods The stress ulcer rat model was established by overload of swimming training.45 wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups (n=15 per group):① the normal control group;② the stress ulcer model group and ③ the group pretreated with compound sage root injection.The ulcer index (UI),gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF) and nitric oxide (NO) content in gastric mucosa were measured in rats of every group.Results Compared with the normal control group,the model group showed a increase in UI,a reduce in GMBF,and a rise in gastric mucosal NO content.In pretreating group the gastric mucosal injury caused by overload of swimming training was attenuated and the GMBF and the NO content were increased.A positive relation between the NO content and the GMBF,and a negative relation between the NO level and the UI were found.Conclusion Compound sage root injection can improve the gastric mucosal stress ulcer by promoting the release of endogenous nitric oxide which can modulate the GMBF.
