摘要
为探讨电焊作业环境中粉尘与二氧化锰浓度的关系 ,以便于用粉尘浓度推算出二氧化锰浓度。用重量法和原子吸收分光光度法分别测定粉尘浓度与二氧化锰浓度 ,进行相关性统计分析。结果显示粉尘浓度与二氧化锰浓度呈显著正相关关系 ,经检测 13组样品证实 ,用检验法与计算法得出的二氧化锰浓度结果基本相符 ,两者差异不显著 (T =3 1,P >0 .10 )。说明对同一电焊作业环境 ,可以在标准曲线范围内用计算法求出二氧化锰浓度。
The relationship between the dus t and MnO 2 concentration in electric welding circumstance is discussed in orde r to calcu late the concentration of MnO 2 from dust concentration.The concentrations of d ust and MnO 2 are determined by weighty method and atom absorption spectrophoto metry respectively.There is an obviously positive relationship between the conce ntration of dust and MnO 2 by statistical analysis.The concentration of MnO 2 from 13 samples are determined and there is no significant difference by test mo thod and calculation (T=31,WTBXPWTBZ>0 10).The concentration of MnO 2 ca n be obtained by calculation in the range of standard curve at the same workplace.
