安体维康抗艾滋病毒实验研究和临床初步观察

Clinical and Experimental Study of Antivirus Compound Anti-HIV

目的:为研究安体维康(ATVC)对艾滋病毒I型(HIV-1)有无抑制作用,按国际通行方法进行了体外抗艾滋病毒实验并进行临床观察。方法:采用体外和临床试验方法对安体维康的抗HIV效果进行评价。结果:安体维康合剂在所试剂量0.039%～0.156%范围内对HIV-1有一定抑制作用,抑制率达86.95%,50%有效浓度为0.037%,治疗指数(TI)为6。临床应用安体维康胶囊治疗艾滋病3例,用药3个月时,2例HIV载量下降,1例症状明显改善。治疗HIV携带者2例,服药3个月时,1例HIVRNA有下降趋势,1例无效。结论:安体维康胶囊治疗艾滋病比治疗HIV携带疗效好。

Objetive: Clinical and experimental study of Antivirus Compound (ATVC) anti-HIV is made. Methods: In vitro and clinical study of anti-HIV, ATVC is used to anti-HIV-1. Results: Therapeutic index (TI) of ATVC anti-HIV-1 is 6. Rate of ATVC inhibits HIV-1 replication is 86.95% which density is 0.039%～0.156%. The HIVRNA of 3 cases out of 5 cases AIDS patient was reduced by take ATVC capsule for three month. Symptom of 1 case patient was improved obviously. But no effect in 1 cases carriers of HIV has no symptom and signs. Conclusion: ATVC capsule is effctive in treating AIDS.
