十全乌鸡精口服液的质量标准研究

Studies on Quality Control Standard of Shiquan Wujijing Oral Liquid

目的:制定十全乌鸡精口服液的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别枸杞子、大黄素、橙皮苷,高效液相色谱法测定橙皮苷的含量。结果:薄层斑点清晰,重现性好,含量测定平均回收率为98.01%,RSD为0.34%。结论:方法简便,准确,可供本品质量控制。

To establish the quality control standard of Shiquan Wujijing Oral Liquid. Methods: Applying the technique of TLC to indentify Fructus lych, Emodin, Hesperidin in this prescription; Using HPLC to determine the content of Hesperidin. Result: The method shows good resolution. The average recovery of Hesperidin was 98.01% and RSD was 0.34%. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable. It can be used in quality control of Shiquan Wujijing Oral Liquid.
