摘要多发性骨髓瘤(Multiple myeloma,MM)是发生在浆细胞的恶性克隆增生性疾病,其特征表现为骨髓中大量克隆性浆细胞的增生和积聚,并分泌单克隆的免疫球蛋白或其片段(M蛋白),同时伴有广泛的溶骨病变和/或骨质疏松.
