摘要
目的探讨CD40与CD138在多发性骨髓瘤(Multiple Myeloma,MM)患者骨髓瘤细胞表面的表达程度。方法 应用间接免疫荧光化学方法,分别用一抗和二抗羊抗鼠IgG-FTTC标记30例MM患者骨髓涂片中骨髓瘤细胞中CD40与CD138,计数阳性细胞。结果 CD40与CD138在骨髓瘤细胞都有较高的表达,根据多发性骨髓瘤的分期不同,CD403bl和CD138在MMⅢ期患者与Ⅱ期患者的表达率分别为(68±0.02)%,(77±0.60)%,(75±0.46)%,(90±0.35)%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),CD40和CD138在IgA型MM患者和IgG型中的表达差异没有显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论 CD40和CD138在多发性骨髓瘤细胞都有较高的表达,并且与疾病的分期有一定的关系。
Objective To investigate the expressions of CD40 and CD138 on the surface of myeloma cells. Methods Immunofluorescent technique was used to identify the myeloma cells from 30 patients with multiple myeloma(MM) labeled by antibody 1 and IgG-FITC to detect
the percentage of plasma cells that express CD40 and CD138. Results CD40 and CD138 were highly expressed in myeloma cells.The expressions of CD40 and CD138 differred with stages of MM; they were higher at the stage III than at the stage II ( P <0.05) .Conclusions High expressions of CD40 and CD138 are associated with the stage of MM.
