关节镜在诊治膝关节军事训练伤中的应用

Arthroscopy examination and treatment of knee joint injuries due to military training

目的提高膝关节军事训练伤的诊断率和治愈率。方法对47例膝关节军事训练伤患者进行关节镜检查,均在镜下行手术治疗或关节清扫。结果47例患者除证实膝关节的X线诊断外,另发现损伤36例,共38例在镜下治疗,优良率78.4%。结论关节镜检查可全面评估膝关节的损伤程度,提高诊断水平,镜下手术治疗具有创伤小、并发症少、功能恢复快以及疗效好等优点。

Objective To rise the diagnosis and curative rate of military training injuries from knee joints. Method Early arthroscopic examination was performed in 47 cases of knee joint injuries from military training. And arthroscopic treatments were performed in 38 cases. Results Besides the confirmation of the X-ray diagnoses,36 injuries were newly found in 38 cases under arthroscopic examinations; the excellent and good rate was 78.4% in 38 cases under arthroscopic treatment. Conclusion Early arthroscopic examination can evaluate the extent of the knee joint injuries completely and improve the diagnostic level; arthroscopic treatment has such advantages as minimal injury,fewer complications,rapid function rehabilitation and good curative effect.
