不同方式口服甘露醇对妇科手术患者术后肠道功能恢复的影响

Influence on Intestinal Canal Function of Gynecologic Surgical Patients by Different Oral Mannitol

目的 探讨 3种口服甘露醇方式对妇科择期手术患者术后肠道功能恢复的影响。方法 应用 3种不同的口服甘露醇方式对 90例妇科择期手术患者进行术前肠道准备。结果 3组患者的术前排大便次数、术后肠道功能恢复无显著性差异。结论 单服甘露醇用于妇科择期手术的肠道准备 ,具有一定优越性。

Objective To probe the influence on intestinal canal function of gynecologic surgical patients by different oral mannitol. Methods We did intestinal canal preparation for 90 cases of gynecologic surgical patients. Results There were no significant difference in intestinal canal function recovery. Conclusions Oral mannitol lonely in doing intestinal canal preparation is Superior to others.
