摘要
Objective To study psychistric nurses’ life quality. Methods From first-rank psychiatric hospitals of three bands,via stratified random sampling, 150 nurses were selected based on their job ranks as the research objects( the study group). Following the same method, from first-rank comprehensive hospitals of 3 ranks in Beijing, 150 nurses from the emergency department were selected as the control group. Results GQOLI-74 in the aspects of three subscales (physical function,psychologic function,and material life),psychiatric nurses achieved lower scores than emergency nurses. MBI, in the aspects of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, there is significant difference between psychiatric nurses and emergency nurses from comprehensive hospitals (P<0.01). Conclusions Psychiatric nurses achieved lower scores in the aspect of life quality among all nurses the main influential factors are social attitudes toward psychiaty and psychiatric nurses’ social support system.Since psychiatric nurses face more pressure as compared with those from comprehensive hospitals, the society should pay more attention to this issue.
