摘要
目的:建立小儿退热片中三种有效成分的含量测定方法.方法:采用RP-HPLC内标法用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(45:55:0.2)为流动相,检测波长285 nm,灵敏度0.2 AUFS.结果:阿司匹林在45.4~158.8 μg/ml,非那西丁在32.4~11.3.5μg/ml,咖啡因在7.0~24.6μg/ml范围内,峰面积比(对照/内标)与对照液浓度呈线性.结论:本法简便,快速,准确,重现性好,适用于该制剂的定量分析.
Objctive: To decide the method of a reversed-phase HPLC phenacetin described for simultaneous detemination of aspirin, phenacetin and caffeine in Xiao'er Tuire tablets. Methods: Using Nove-pak C18(4 μmφmm×20 cm) as stationary phase, paracetamol as intemel standard, methanol-water-zice acetic acid(45:55:0.2) as mobile phase and the detector wavelength at 285 nm. Results: The Calibration cvrves were linear relation between 45.4~158.8 μg/ml (Aspirin), 32.4~113.5 μg/ml (Phenedin) and 7.0~24.6 μg/ml (Caffeine) (r1=0.9995, r2=0.9998, r3=0.9997). Conclusion: This method is simple, exact and singler.
