垂体腺瘤中PCNA蛋白的表达与意义

Significance of expression of PCNA in pituitary adenomas

目的 研究增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在垂体腺瘤中的表达与意义。方法 采用免疫组化S-P法检测PCNA在49例垂体腺瘤中的表达,并对临床和病理资料进行统计分析。结果 垂体腺瘤复发组和有鞍外扩展组中PCNA的阳性表达高于初发组和无鞍外扩展组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 垂体腺瘤PCNA阳性高表达说明瘤细胞增殖快,生长活跃,易于复发或浸润、转移。这对判断垂体腺癌的预后及指导术后辅助治疗具有重要意义。

Objective To study the expression of PCNA and significance in pituitary adenomas. Methods S-P immunohistochemical technique was used to investigate the expression of PCNA in 49 cases of pituitary adenomas. Results The positive rate of PCNA expression was significantly high in patients of recurrence or with extrasellar extention( P < 0.05). Conclusion PCNA may be an important biological marker in predicting the likelihood of bituitary adenoma recurrence.
