多层面螺旋CT低剂量在骨盆扫描中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:系统分析低剂量对影像质量的影响,选择适宜的低剂量扫描参数。方法:随机选取行骨盆CT扫描的患者40例,分为4组行骨盆扫描。管电流设定值分别为200 mA、100 mA、50 mA、25 mA,其它扫描参数不变时进行容积扫描。扫描完成后在GE Advantage Windows4.0工作站进行2D及3D重组。通过观察骨盆骨皮质情况,寻找可获良好影像质量的最低剂量。结果:采用探测器组合3.75mm×4/11.25组合,120-140kV时,HQ扫描模式,重叠重建率50%及骨重建方式进行扫描,其它扫描参数不变时,50mA组影像可满足骨盆骨结构观察,为最低限量。结论:多层面螺旋CT进行骨盆扫描,探测器与床速的组合为3.75mm×4/11.25mm,120~140kV时,50mA既可满足骨盆骨结构观察。 Objective:To study the impact on image quality of low dosage of network, choose suitable low dosage of scan parameters . Methods:40 cases of patient that pelvis CT scans were chosen at random, and divided into four groups of competent pelvises and scan at random in method. In charge of respectively 200 mA, 100 mA,50 mA,25 mA, the other scan parameters were the same. All of the data were post processed on GE Advantage Windows 4.0 workstation in use of 2D and 3D technique. Through watching the bone cortex situation of pelvis, looked for the minimum dosage that can obtain better image quality. Result:The group of image with parameters of 3.75mm× 4/11.25mm, HQ, 50% relapsed reconstruction rate and bone reconstruction. Conclusion:The pelvis bone scaned with 50mA is minimal dosage and it can provide good image quality.
