摘要 目的 探讨GST π及TOPOII在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术 ,检测 5 4例胃癌组织中GST π及TOPOII的表达 ,并与正常胃粘膜组织作对比研究。结果 GST π、TOPOII在胃癌中阳性率为 66 7%和 64 8% ,与正常胃组织有显著差异 ,但与胃癌的临床分期、病理类型、淋巴结转移等均无明显相关。高分化组织GST π、TOPOII的表达与低分化组织相比有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。GST π +TOPOII阳性者平均生存期明显短于阴性者。结论 GST π及TOPOII在胃癌的多药耐药方面占有重要地位 ,联合检测对指导化疗药物选择 ,判断预后有一定意义。 Objective To study the expression of glutathione-s-transference π(GST-π)and TOPOII and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of GST-π and TOPOII in 54 with gastric carcinoma was studied by immunohistochemistry ,and compared with normal tissues.Results The expression rates of GST-π and TOPOII in gastric carcinoma were 66.7% and 64.8% respectively ,and which was significantly different from normal tissues. There were no relationships with clinical stage, pathological styles and lymph node metastasis with the expression of GST-π and TOPOII in tumor tissues. The expression of GST-π and TOPOII in better differentiated tissues has significantly different from poor differentiated tissues. The survival time of gastric patients with co-expressed 2 proteins was significantly reduced. Conclusions GST-π and TOPOII may play the important role in multidrug resistance(MDR) of gastric carcinoma. The detection of GST-π and TOPOII together would be of benefit in selecting chemotherapeutic agents and evaluating prognosis in gastric carcinoma .
