首发精神分裂症复发的危险因素对照研究

The study on relapse risk factors of first-episode schizophrenia.

目的:研究影响首发精神分裂症的复发因素。方法:对163例首发精神分裂症出院3年内,每年随 访,分析复发原因。结果:发现导致分裂症复发的主要危险因素与起病形式、家族史、个性、社会支持、服药依从性 等有关。结论:精神分裂症复发因素很多,应及早预测和干预。

Objective: To study the risk factors which lead to schizophrenic relapse. Methods: To make analysis of risk factors of recurent schizophrenia. based on three years follow-up study of 163 first-episode schizophrenia after discharge. Result: We have found that the main risk factors which lead to schizophrenia relapse are type of disease episode, families history, personality, drug dependence, social support,etc.Conclusion:The relapse risk-factors of schizophrenia are various and should be calculated and prevented.
