This paper analyzes two different wiring connections provided by manufactory based on the discovered problem in the examination and treatment of a single phase grounding fault. Wiring connection which can rightly judge the grounding fault phase by the insulation detecting instrument is adopted. This paper has strong instruction meaning at the situation that the new anti resonant TV is gradually accepted and largely adopted by the consumers.
