低剂量混配农药对肿瘤坏死因子影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨混配农药亚临床中毒对肿瘤坏死因子 (tumornecrosisfactor,TNF)的影响及意义。方法 将家兔随机分为 3个混配农药染毒组 ,1个单剂农药染毒组和 1个对照组 ,混配农药组均经皮肤进行不同剂量和种类混配农药染毒 ,单剂农药组给予丙溴磷。分别于染毒后 7d、14d、2 1d测定各组血清胆碱酯酶 (ChE)活性和TNF浓度。结果 各组染毒后的ChE活力均大于相同染毒时间对照组平均值的 70 % ,各混配农药染毒组家兔血清TNF浓度均较对照组和单剂农药染毒组降低或显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 混配农药的亚临床中毒即可导致家兔的TNF浓度降低 。 Objective To study the effects of low dose mixed pesticide on tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in rabbits and its significance. Methods Rabbits were randomly divided into 3 mixed pesticide poisoning groups, 1 pure pesticide poisoning group and 1 control group. Mixed pesticide groups were poisoned by various dose of mixed pesticide. The serum activity of cholinesterase (ChE) and the serum concentration of TNF were measured in each group before poisoning, and the 7th day, 14th day, 21st day after poisoning. Results ChE was normal in each group. Compared with pure pesticide poisoning group and control group, the serum concentration of TNF decreased obviously ( P <0 05, P <0 01). Conclusion Mixed pesticide might result in decrease of serum TNF level, probably related to immunologic injury induced by mixed pesticide.
