WTO and the protection of the intellectual property on biological technology in China

本文针对目前我国加入WTO以及现代生物技术发展的要求 ,指出了我国生物技术知识产权保护制度需要作出制度上的创新和改进 ,并提出了生物技术知识产权保护在我国的实现途径。

According to the requirements caused by joining WTO and the technological development of modern biology, the article points out the innovation and improvement that should be made on the protection system of the intellectual property on biological technology in China, and puts forward the realizing ways to protect the intellectual property on biological technology in China.
