采用湿法制粒工艺 ,以 HPMC为骨架材料 ,十八醇为阻滞剂 ,制备 5 -单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片。运用正交设计法筛选处方 ,进行体外释放度研究。结果表明 ,自制的 5
5-Isosorbide mononitrate (5 ISMN) sustained release tablets were prepared by the wet granulation method, using HPMC as skeleton material and octadecanol as retarding agent. Orthogonal design was used to optimize the formulation and the in vitro release rate was also examined. The prepared tablets possessed good sustained release properties.
