摘要
分别采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法检测盐酸西替利嗪的有关物质 ,采用气相色谱法检测盐酸西替利嗪的有机溶剂残留量 ,采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸西替利嗪片的含量。
A TLC method and HPLC method for determination of related substances in cetirizine hydrochloride, a GC method for determination of residual organic solvents in cetirizine hydrochloride, and an UV method for determination of the content, dissolution and content uniformity of cetirizine hydrochloride tablets were presented.
