综述了栓塞型脉冲胶囊各组成部分 (囊帽、囊身、栓塞及含药部分 )的材料和制备方法 。
The composition(including water soluble cap, water insoluble body, plug and drug component) and preparation techniques of the plug controlled pulsatile capsules are reviewed. In vitro and in vivo evaluation methods of this system are also introduced.
