摘要
阐述了球铁管聚氨酯涂层产生气泡缺陷的机理,在于生产环节水分与异氰酸酯组分发生反应生成二氧化碳气体。主要采用控制多元醇组分的含水量、改善球铁管表面状况、适当提高球铁管喷涂温度、合适的聚氨酯涂料的反应性、稳定可靠的喷涂系统来解决该缺陷。
The principle of air bubble defect of polyurethane coating of ductile iron pipe was discussed that carbon dioxide created by the reactivity of the water of manufacture process and isocyanate is the key factor. Air bubble defect can be prevented from controlling the content of water, improving the surface state of ductile iron pipe, rasing the spraying temperature properly, proper reactivity of polyurethane coating and steady and reliable spraying system.
