摘要
针对MOLINS公司早期生产的Ⅰ型大流量系统的调整进行了介绍,①调整前准备工作,包括料位传感器的校准、驱动机构的调整以及速度信号的要求;②静态调整,即在机器停止状态下通过控制柜内传感器号码和传感器水平开关组合确定有关烟堆高度的模拟量;③动态调整,即在机器运行状态下通过控制柜内传感器号码和传感器水平开关组合调节输送带的速度和加速度,以保证包装机的烟流需求并维持烟堆高度的动态平衡。
The adjustment of MOLINS type Ⅰ mass flow system was described: 1) preparations before adjustment included the setting of cigarette level sensor, driving device and the demand of speed signal; 2) static adjustment was conducted by determining the analogue quantity of cigarette pile height through the combination of the sensor's number and relative level switch in control panel when the machine was stop; 3) dynamic adjustment was conducted by adjusting the velocity and acceleration of conveyer belt through the combination of the sensor's number and relative level switch in control panel while the machine was running, so as to maintain the dynamic equilibrium between the cigarette demand of packing machine and the cigarette pile height.
