摘要
在ZJ17卷接机组采用挤压方式分切接装纸过程中,会产生较大的冲击。因此,对切纸轮、上胶装置、导轨、主传动齿轮等进行了改造,使ZJ17卷接机组使用剪切方式切纸,减小了切纸过程中的冲击和振动,延长了切纸轮和切纸刀的使用寿命。
Heavier impact would be generated when tipping paper was pressing-cut in ZJ17 cigarette making and filter assembling machine combination. By the modification of paper-cutting drum, glue-applicator, guides, and main driving gear in ZJ17 to change pressing-cutting into shearing-cutting, the impact and vibration were reduced, and the life of paper-cutting drum and knife was prolonged.
