阿比多尔中有机溶剂残留量的毛细管GC测定

Determination of Residual Organic Solvents in Arbidol by Capillary GC

建立阿比多尔中有机溶剂甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙醚、石油醚残留量的毛细管气相色谱分析法。采用 OV- 10 1毛细管色谱柱 (30 m× 0 .2 2 mm) ,FID检测器 ,程序升温方法 ,以氮气为载气。各溶剂的检测限分别为 5、5、3、3、10 ng,线性关系良好 (r>0 .997) ;平均回收率分别为 99.4 %、10 1.6 %、10 1.9%、10 1.1%、和 97.1%。

A capillary GC method with FID detector for determination of residual organic solvents——methanol, ethanol, acetone, ethyl ether and petroleum ether (60～90 ℃) in arbidol was established. An OV 101 capillary column (0.22 mm×30 m) was used with procedural column temperature control. Nitrogen gas was used as carrier gas. The detection limits were 5,5,3,3 and 10 ng, respectively. The calibration curves of the five solvents were linear ( r >0.997). The average recoveries were 99.4%, 101.6% ,101.1%,101.9% and 97.1%, respectively.
