摘要 运用红外光谱(IR)和X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)方法.考察了热磨处理对稻草表面特性的影响。结果表明:稻草秸秆内表面的活性基团数量和氧碳元素百分比都明显高于外表面;经热磨处理,稻草纤维表面的羟基、甲基、亚甲基等官能团含量显著增加,氧碳元素百分比相对秸秆表面有大幅度提高,证明热磨处理能增强稻草表面活性,为脲醛树脂稻草中纤板制造的技术可行性提供了依据。 Abstract: The effects of thermal-mechanical treatment on surface characteristics of straw were investigated by means of infrared (IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis. Results showed that there are great differences in chemical composition between outer face and inner face of rice straw. For example, there are only a few active groups, like hydroxyls, on outer face of the straw with an oxygen/carbon (O/C) ratio as low as 0. 068 while more hydroxyl groups were on the inner face where the O/C ratio reached 0. 284. However, after thermal-mechanical treatment, more hydroxyl groups occurred on the straw fibers obtained by thermal-mechanical treatment and the O/C ratio increased greatly. The results indicated that thermal-mechanical treatment can improve interface bonding efficiency between straw and adhesives. It provides evidence for further study on manufacturing straw-based MDF with UF resin.
