摘要
采用有限元法对木材升温杀虫过程中木材的热响应进行了数值模拟,结果与实测值吻合。在此基础上,分析了木材截面形状、环境温升速度和保温值对木材热响应的影响,描述了这种方法的优点及应用的可行性,为监测系统和升温杀虫工艺的制定提供了理论依据。
A numerical simulation model based on finite element analysis was established in this article to determine the temperature distribution in wood during an insecticidal heating treatment. The calculated temperature was compared with that measured from a typical operation and shows the feasibility of applying finite element analysis to predict the thermal response of wood. On the basis of the results, further experiments were conducted to analyze the effects on the shape of wood sections, the temperature elevation rate and heat preservation value as a result of the thermal response of wood. The calculated results provide a theoretical reference for designing a monitoring system and operating process for insecticidal treatment of wood.
