屠宰猪住肉孢子虫病的调查及血液指标测定

Investigation on Sporidiosis and Determineation Indexes Blood of slaughter pig

采用猪膈肌压片镜检法对西宁市园树屠宰点的 80头猪进行了住肉孢子虫的感染率及感染强度的调查 ,同时对其血液九项指标进行了测定。结果表明 :( 1)西宁市猪住肉孢子虫的感染率为 2 2 .5 % ( 18 80 ) ,感染强度为 2 7( 1～ 76)。( 2 )感染猪与非感染猪血液指标相比较 ,红细胞压积明显较低 (P <0 .0 1) ;白细胞数、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、血浆总蛋白均较高 (P <0 .0 1)。

pig were used to investigate the infection rate and the infection intensity of sporidiosis in slanghter pig By means of diaphragma pressure slide with microscope examination in Yuanshu slaughter point of xining,and 9 blood Indees were determined in same time.The result showed:(1)The infection rate and the infection intensity of sporidiosis wer 22.5%(18/80) and 27(1～76),resp.(2)PCV of infected pig was significantly lower than that of normal pig(P<0.01),but WBC,MCHC and PTP were significantly higher(P<0.01)
