The Changes and the Reasons of Serum Cholesterol, Triglycerine pre - and post - Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery

目的:研究围手术期,冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)前后血脂的变化,探讨CABG前后是否应该使用降脂药。方法:选择了2001年1月～2002年1月期间,住院等待CABG的及非CABG的258例患者,分成两组,CABG组[两个亚组-体外循环组(ECC)108例,非体外循环组(N-ECC)78例]178例,非CABG组80例,使用方差分析及t检验比较各组之间血脂的变化。同时,比较血脂正常组及异常组CABG前后的变化。结果:非CABG、CABG前后血脂的确是有变化的(P<0.05)。高胆固醇组较血脂正常组下降的更为明显,但死亡原因与“低胆固醇血症”无关。结论:CABG后血脂较CABG前降低,理论上仍可建议围手术期应用降脂药。

Objective: To investigate the changs of serum totle cholesterol(TC), triglycerine(TG) ,high - density - lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL - C), low - density - lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL - C) during operation, including coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG). Methods: We select these patients who prepares receiving CABG and other operations from Jan 2001 ~ Jan 2002, collecting their serum cholesterol, triglycerine, high - density - lipoprotein cholesterol, low - density - lipoprotein cholesterol. T - test was used to analyse these datum in SAS 6.12 packages.Results: Serum cholesterol, triglycerine, high - density - lipoprotein cholesterol, low - density - lipoprotein cholesterol changs after operation significantly (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: Serum cholesterol, triglycerine, high - density - lipoprotein cholesterol, low - density - lipoprotein cholesterol decreased after CABG. But the reasones of death is not relative with low cholesterol,we should still use drugs to control serum cholesterol during CABG in therory.
