论金章宗时期的农业生产

On the Agricultural Production during the Period of Zhangzong Emperor

金章宗是金代汉化程度较深并且较有作为的一个皇帝,他对关系到国计民生的农业很重视,区田法得到大力推行,水田得以推广,农田水利设施也得以广泛兴修,对金代的农业生产有一定的贡献。金章宗对黄河的治理也很重视,但是在当时的生产力条件下,由于各种原因,并未取得较好的效果,河患不但对农业产生了很大的消极作用,也使金朝的国力大大削弱。

As an emperor of Jin Dynasty with great accomplishments who was deeply affected by the way of life of the Han nationality, Jin Zhangzong placed much emphasis on the agriculture which is very important to the national economy and the people's livelihood. He carried out the method of Qutian(区田) on a large scale and greatly expanded the paddy field, the irrigation works were built widely. Jin Zhangzong made a certain contribution to agriculture of Jin Dynasty. Jin Zhangzong also attached great importance to control of the Huanghe River, however, owing to the low productivity of the period and many other reasons, he failed to achieve good results. The disasters caused by the Huanghe River produced rather negative effects and greatly weakened the national strength of Jin Dynasty
