摘要
本文综述了德拜法系统误差的消除方法,其中主要是讨论了轴偏心误差。用改进后的新方法大大提高了测量精度。以铝为例,铝的点阵常数标准值为0.404910nm,采取一般方法测得0.405021nm,而用新方法则测得0.404919nm。
In this paper,the elerninating method of systeme eror of Debye method was discussed,and axle-offset error was fully discussed. The improved new method enhances greatly accuracy of measurement, for example the standard value of Aluminium lattice constant is 0. 40910nm. the value measued withformal method is 0. 049190. 05021nm,and the value obtained with the new method is 0. 04919nm.
