摘要
介绍了用于增压柴油机湿压缩实验中的超声波加湿器的原理和设计.说明了适用于湿压缩研究的雾化设备的特点.在实验中测量了其雾滴滴谱及加湿后柴油机各参数的变化情况.结果表明:此造雾系统符合柴油机增压器进口加湿的实验要求.
Design of an ultrasonic atomizer that can be used in the study of wet compression in the entrance of supercharged diesel was introduced .The distribution charts of fog drop size in the test and the changes of the characteristics of diesel engine after the wet compression were obtained. The experimental results indicate the fog drop generation system satisfies the test requirements.
