摘要
研制了以高铁酸盐(K2FeO4、BaFeO4)为正极,锌膏为负极制成的碱性电池。通过对AA和AAA型Zn BaFeO4和Zn K2FeO4电池的不同负荷和不同温度下的恒流或恒阻放电测试,研究了高铁酸盐电池的电化学性质。实验结果表明,高铁电池表现出比碱锰电池更优越的放电性能,AA和AAA型Zn BaFeO4和Zn K2FeO4电池在轻、中、重负荷放电下,其放电容量比碱锰电池提高了56%~116%。其中,高铁碱性电池的重负荷放电特性尤为突出,AA型高铁碱性电池的重负荷放电时间比标准碱锰电池提高了95%以上。当高铁电池的放电深度为35%时,其循环寿命可达150次以上。
A new type of alkaline battery composed of super-iron(K_2FeO_4?BaFeO_4)cathode and zinc anode was developed. The electrochemical properties of Zn-super-iron(Ⅵ)battery were studied by testing of their discharge capacity at different loads and temperatures. The experimental results indicate that the discharge capacity of Zn-BaFeO_4 and Zn-K_2FeO_4 in AA and AAA cell configuration increase 56%~116% than that of conventional alkaline Zn-MnO_2 battery during low, medium and high constant load discharge. Discharge time of Zn-super-iron(Ⅵ)in AA cell configuration is enhanced over 95% longer than that of standard Zn-MnO_2 battery during high constant load discharge. The cycle life of Zn-super-iron(Ⅵ)battery is up to more than 150 times at 35% depth of discharge.
