摘要
从ISO9000和ERP管理思想出发,在分析两者结合内在联系的基础上,以ISO9004"过程管理方法"和ERP系统实施时的"业务流程重组"作为切入点,对"ISO9000+ERP"的管理思想、模式及实现方法进行了探讨。认为ERP是一种实现必须由掌握这种理念的人与计算机技术、通信技术紧密结合才能完成的理念。2000版ISO9000标准则为掌握和运作这种理念提供了具体方法和理论指南。作为WTO的成员,中国企业既需要应用现代化管理方式来提高生产效率,同时也需要严格执行ISO9000标准来保证产品质量,以增强在国内外市场上的竞争力。
With the enhance of cognition of ERP in domestic enterprises, some large and medium-sized enterprises with a long-term strategic view are preparing to implement and apply ERP in their management. However the amalgamation of ISO9000 and ERP system is usually ignored in a way that the information may not be transformed freely and the data cannot be used effectively. That leads to a waste of large amount of working and repeatedly invested resources. It also directly influences the working efficiency and organization achievement. Management ideas of ISO9000 and ERP are presented first in the paper on the basis of analyzing the inner link between the two systems. On the point of 'process management' in ISO9004 and 'The business procedure is recombinant' in ERP system, the paper explores the management thoughts, modes and implementation methods of 'ISO9000+ERP'.
