摘要
作者曾对酸枣肉 Zizyphus Spinosa Hu Flesh 的中枢神经作用、心血管系统作用进行了研究,本文又对其药理作用做了进一步研究。研究结果表明,酸枣肉水醇提取液能对抗化学物质引起的小白鼠致咳作用;对电刺激法所致的小白鼠激怒有抑制作用;对安咖纳所引起的小鼠惊厥可延缓其发生时间,并延长小鼠存活时间;酸枣肉水煎剂能延长小白鼠游泳时间。
The effects of Zizyphus Spinosa Hu Flesh on the central nervous system and the cardiovascular system have been studied by us. Recently we have made further reseach on it.Our experimental results have proved that the abstracted Zizyphus Spinosa Hu Flesh fluid through water and alchohol can antagonize the cough of mice caused by ammonia water,inhibit irritation caused by electric stimulation and delay convulsions caused by caffein and sodium benzoat. The decoction of Zizyphus Spinosa Hu Flesh can make mice prolong swimm- ing.
