摘要
面对互联网的无比开放性而导致的信息数量急剧膨胀,质量良莠不齐的状况,分析和探讨了信息增值服务的概念、意义及分类,在此基础上,从显性信息增值服务和隐性信息增值服务两个方面阐述了信息增值服务的具体方式和内容。
Facing the rapid expansion in quantity and the uneven in quality of information caused by incomparable open of the internet, this paper analyzes and probes into the conception, significance and classification of informational value- added service, and based on this, expounds the concrete methods and contents of informational value- added service from two aspects of dominant informational value- added service and latent informational value- added service.
