浅谈高校图书馆员的继续教育

Discussion on Continuous Education for Librarians of University

基于国内外图书馆员继续教育的现状,提出我国高校图书馆馆员继续教育的内容应包括现代信息技术教育与新知识教育,继续教育应采取学历教育、中短期进修或培训以及开展学术研究活动等方式进行。

Based on the present situation of the continuous education for the librarians at home and abroad, this paper puts forward that the contents of the continuous education for the librarians of university should include the education of modern information techniques and the education of the new knowledge, and the continuous education should be carried out in the forms of educational certifications, middle or short term training and academic research activities.
