山西煤炭开采对水资源的影响分析及对策研究

Analysis of the Influence of Coal Mining on Water Resources in Shanxi Province and Countermeasure Research

针对山西生态环境特点及水煤资源共生的特定水文地质环境条件,分析了全省煤炭资源大规模开采对水资源的赋存和循环条件所产生的严重影响,从可持续发展的高度对山西水资源承载能力进行了分析,提出了确保山西煤炭能源在21世纪可持续开发的水资源保护与开发的对策和措施。

In the light of the features of Shanxi's ecological environment and the special hydrogeological condition of the intergrowth of water- coal resources, this paper analyzes the serious influence of large scale coal mining on the storage and circulation condition of water resources, and from the height of sustainable development, analyzes the bearing capacity of Shanxi's water resources, and puts forward some countermeasures for the protection and development of water resources that can guarantee the sustainable development of Shanxi's coal resources in 21st century.
