根据有关审查机构对某设计院设计的工程项目施工图做出的施工图技术审查意见书中提出的问题,分3个方面阐述了近期内施工图设计中违反强制性条文和有关规范的问题,并提出了相应的处理意见。

Based on the problems put forward in the construction documents technical examination prospectus made by relevant examining organizations for a certain designing institute, this paper expounds the problems of breaking mandatory clauses and relevant codes in the construction documents in last period from three aspects, and puts forward corresponding treatment prospectus.
