Strengthening the Management of Enterprises' Incorporeal Property

简述了无形资产的涵义及其基本特征,从企业核心竞争力的形成和企业管理模式变革的角度分析了企业重视无形资产管理的必要性,针对我国企业目前存在的忽视无形资产管理的局面,提出应采取正确认识无形资产与有形资产的关系、重视人力资本的开发、解决好无形资产的保值问题、注重企业形象建设等措施来加强对无形资产的管理。

This paper briefly expounds the connotation and characteristics of incorporeal property, and from the angle of the formation of enterprises' core competitive power and the revolution of enterprises' managerial mode, analyzes the necessity of paying great attention to the management of incorporeal property, and in the light of the situation that the enterprises of our country commonly ignore the management of incorporeal property, puts forward some measures for strengthening the management of incorporeal property of making right recognition of the relation between incorporeal property and corporeal property, paying attention to the development of human capital, solving well the value maintenance of incorporeal property, and emphasizing the image construction of enterprises.
