摘要
在制造焦炉装煤车轨道支架过程中,轨道支架的平直度直接关系到装煤车轨道的平直和装煤车运行的平稳可靠。文章以5438mm支架的焊接过程为例探讨了控制焊接变形的方法。指出采用合理的焊接顺序是控制焊接变形的有效方法,同时焊前反变形量的调整对焊接变形控制也有重要影响。
In the course of making the track- supporter of charging car of coke- oven, the flatness of the track- supporter has a direct bearing on the flatness of charging car and the smoothness and reliability of the operation of the charging car. This paper probes into the methods for controlling the welding deformation taking the welding process of the track- supporter of 5 438 mm as the example, and points out that the rational welding subsequence is an effective method to control the welding deformation, and the adjustment of the preweld reversible deformation has important influence on the control of the welding deformation, too.
