给出了两种“益心酮”粉针剂含量的测定方法:紫外—可见分光光度法和高效液相色谱法,结果两种方法均能很好地测定其有效成分,达到质量控制的目的。

This paper gives two kinds of determinating methods for the contents of powder- injection of ' Yixintong' , ultraviolet- visible interfeence method and high- effect liquid chromatography, the test results show that both of the two methods can make very good determination of its contents, achieving the goal of the quality control.
