住宅工程渗漏质量通病的预防

Prevention of the Leakage of Residential Engineering

针对住宅工程施工中由于所采取的技术措施不当造成的渗漏质量通病,提出了在工程施工实践中应采取的防渗措施,包括屋面防渗漏、外墙面的防渗漏、外墙窗口防渗漏、厨房及卫生间防渗漏。

In the light of the leakage, the commmon disease of residential engineering, caused by the improper technical measures adopted, this paper puts forward some antiseep measures that should be taken in the practice of engineering construction, which include the antiseep of the roof, external wall, external window, kitchen and toilet.
