我省高校社科学报是我省社会科学成果的主要载体,不仅能够促进高校的教学与科研,而且能够为我省的社会科学研究乃至社会发展做出积极贡献。然而,我省目前高校社科学报的现状与客观要求不相适应,刊物整体质量不高,在全国高校社科学报界以及我省社会科学期刊界中缺乏竞争力与影响力。

The College Journals in Social Sciences are the main embodiment of the social science achievements in Henan Province, which plays an active role not only in the teaching and scientific research in the colleges but also in the social scientific research and social development of the province. However, the present condition of the journals in Henan Province can not adjust itself to the objective requirements. The total quality of the journals is not satisfying, which lacks the power of competition and influence.
