蜡蚧轮枝菌代谢产物杀虫及植物生理活性的测定

Study on the Insecticidal Activities and Physiological Activities of the Metabolites From Verticillium Lecanii

通过对蜡蚧轮枝菌V 816菌株代谢产物杀虫活性及生理活性的研究,结果表明:该菌的代谢产物对甘蓝蚜、温室白粉虱、菜青虫、小菜蛾等有一定杀虫效果,其中以温室白粉虱防效最好,72小时死亡率可达70 8%。此外该菌株的代谢产物还具有一定的植物生理活性,对黄瓜子叶的扩展具有明显的促进作用。

The metabolites from \%Verticillium Lecanii\% exhibited insecticidal activites to four vegetable pests, including \%Brevicoryne brassicae, Trialeurodes Vaporariorum west\|wood, Pieris rapae and Plutella xylostella\%.\%Trialeurodes Vaporariorum west\|wood\% is the best to control \%T. Vaporariorum\%,and the mortality is 708% in 72 hours. In addition, The metabolites can increase the weight of cucumber cotyledon and prompt its growth.
