接种泡囊—丛枝菌根剂对薏苡生长发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 薏苡是喜肥和耐肥的作物,又是一个容易产生病虫害的品种,通过使用接种泡囊-丛枝菌根剂这种生物手段,可以使植物获得所需的营养元素,增强薏苡的抗病性和抗逆性,提高产量和质量。在薏苡播种时,接种泡囊—丛枝菌根剂,观察对其生长发育的影响。结果表明:(1)薏苡对泡囊—丛枝菌根具有较强的依赖性,自然侵染率约为20 0%,接种菌根剂后增加了根系周围土壤中具有侵染能力的繁殖体数量,侵染率提高至36 36%。(2)接种菌根剂能够促进植株长高和分蘖数的增加,结合施入适量的复合肥效果更加明显,株高比对照平均增加了6 74cm,每株分蘖数平均比对照增加了1 58个。(3)接种菌根剂能够提高百粒重和单产量,同时施入适量的复合肥效果更加明显,分别比对照平均提高了0 6g和58 3g/m2。通过接种菌根剂,可以提高薏苡的产量和质量,并增强了薏苡的抗病性和抗逆性。 Objective:\%Coix lachryma\|jobi\% L. is a favorable and endurable fertilizer plant,also it is easily infected with disease and vermin. By the biological method\|infecting withVesiclar\|arbuscular mycorhiza (VAM), it may absorb necessary nutrional elements, enhance disease and harm resistance, increase output and quality. Method:\%Coix lachryma\|jobi\% L. infected with VAM when they are seeded. VAM's influences on the output and quality were observed. Results:\%Coix lachryma\|jobi\% L. deeply relied on VAM. The natural infection was about 200%. Having infected with VAM, the number of regetative form being able to be infected in the soil around the roots was increased and the infection rose to 3636%. Infected VAM can make the plant higher and increase the tillering number.With just the right amount of compound fertilizer, the results were more significant. Compared with control on an average the plant heights, each plant's tillering number, the weight of one hundred seeds and yeild separately increased 674cm, 158, 06g and 583g/m2. Conclusion: Infected with VAM,\%Coix lachryma\|jobi\% L's output and quality increased,and its disease and harm resistance strengthened.
