盐酸布新洛尔的合成

Synthesis of bucindolol hydrochloride

以吲哚为原料 ,经Mannich反应、取代、还原、烃化、成盐等 5步得盐酸布新洛尔。其结构经核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱和元素分析确证。通过反应条件的优化及后处理方法的改进 ,使操作简便 ,条件温和 ,总收率 36 %～ 4 0 %。

Bucindolol hydrochloride was prepared from indole by the Mannich reaction,substitution,reduction,alkylation and treatment with HCl.The structures were identified by IR, 1H NMR and EA.The overall yield was 36%～40%.This method is applicable to industrial production.
